CLDD Livelihood Training: Candle Making

September 23, 2024 Candle Making (Participants from DOTR - CLDD Training Center) — the CLDD Training Center hosted a specialized candle-making workshop, welcoming participants from the Department of Transportation and Communications (DOTR). This engaging session aimed to provide attendees with hands-on experience in crafting beautiful, aromatic candles while emphasizing the importance of sustainability and creativity.
