August 20,2024 (NHA Participants Barangay Kay-Anlog) —  A significant Meat Processing Training session was conducted for participants from the NHA community at Barangay Kay-Anlog. This event was designed to equip the attendees with essential skills in meat processing, ensuring that they can utilize these techniques for both personal and entrepreneurial purposes. The training was part of a broader initiative to enhance livelihood opportunities and promote food safety and quality within the community .


The training session was led by expert trainers from the CLDD (Cooperatives and Livelihood Development Department) office. These professionals brought with them a wealth of knowledge and experience in meat processing, guiding the participants through various techniques, including proper meat handling, preservation methods, and the creation of value-added meat products.
