Strategic Planning Workshop and Orientation

Guests and participants attended the two-day workshop and orientation from April 20 to 21, 2023, in Sol Y Viento, Pansol, Calamba City, Laguna. Representatives from the League of Cooperative Development Officers of the Philippines (LCDOP) Laguna and Region IV-A, Calambanga Federation of Multi-Purpose Cooperatives (CAFEDCO), and Calamba City Cooperative Development Council (CCCDC) actively participated during the event. As the facilitators for the event, the Cooperatives and Livelihood Development Department (CLDD) guided the participants throughout the duration of the event. To facilitate drafting the strategy map, the following activities were conducted: 5G’s Activity: Gain, Give, Give, Give, and Groan, SWOT Analysis, Mission, Vision, and Core Values Statements, Balanced Scorecards, Performance Measure, Prioritizing Strategic Initiatives and Objectives, and Other Matters.
