City Livelihood Development Fund Program, formerly known as Municipal Livelihood Fund under Municipal Agriculture Office, was first offered in 1992 to cater loans to local farmers and fisher folks with micro and small agri-business ventures at a low-interest cost. In 2010, it became a formal program and was transferred to City Cooperatives and Livelihood Development Department (CLDD) through SP Res 238, s.2010.
